Returns
Unfortunately, we do not have a return policy and will not entertain any returns. You can always contact us for any question at info@theanistore.shop.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The product will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and depending on the degree of the damage, a refund will be given.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your picture of the damaged product, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Your refund will be returned using the same method used for the original payment of the purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
